Which is the difference between Especially and Specially (in English)?
In which cases do we have to use these words?Could you give me some examples?

Especially is used to describe something that most applies to a certain situation.
Specially is used to describe something unique for a specific person or purpose.

Option 1. Use Alicia's answer.
Option 2., only use one of those words and don't use the other.
There are many pairs of words in English that are not necessary. These words are extra. And other words communicate the same feeling.
What has often happened is a non-word has worked itself into our vocabulary. An example is ir-regardless. 'Irregardless' means 'regardless.' 'Irregardless' still not a true word, but it is used often.
So, learn fewer core words, and then when you actually need a duplicate word for a particular use, it will be easier to learn then.
IMHO.
