I agree 50% If someone ask me do you agree with it and I'am supposed to say just 50% What I must say instead of 50%?

If you want to be precise about 50% : "I can (only) go half way with you."

i think you are suppose to agree 100%, not 50%. That doesn't make sense. Just say yes or no

other adjectives: "somewhat" agree, "mostly" agree, agree "to some extent"
