What is the difference between "boire" and "prender" ?
For example,
- Je bois un café
- Je prends du café
- Je prends du vin
- Je bois du thé
- Je prends du jus
etc

Difference between PRENDRE and BOIRE
it is the same difference as the English HAVE and DRINK
It sounds better to say "I am having a coffee with my desert" rather than "I am drinking a coffee..."
C'est donc aussi mieux de dire: "Je prends un café" plutôt que "Je bois un café"
NB: Prendre : it is prenDRE and not prenDER
