Hi!!
Is it correct to write or say "Can you do me a favor? It's because I heard a teacher say that; "do me" and for my it doesn't sound well I thought It was "make me".

"Can you do me a favor?" is a very common phrase in english. "make me" would never be used in place of "do me" in that sentence.

And you can also say ( could you do me a favor )

Your teacher was correct it is can you do me a favor. Make me a favor sounds like you want the person to find something for you to do for them.
