How to ask something indirectly without using "could you?" " would you?" Please teach me some expression how to ask someone to do something indirectly. I have already learned the usages of could you & would you, but I would like to learn other phrases that are used in real life situations. For example, I did not know the phrasing like "I sure would appreciate from now on if you would leave me a note." I think this question is about how to make requests tactfully.
