You better know what is mysterious person or strange person, dont ask another people

I think you mean you want to know the differnce between "a mysterious person" and "a strange person". Right. If that's so then.... a mysterious person signifies someone about whom you know very little. Who he is, from where he has come etc etc. A strange person is someone who behaves in a strange (not normal) way. A stranger on the other hand is someone new to you. You dont know anything about him yet.
