呵呵在我看来这个笑话并不是特别好笑，这里面pants就是裤子的意思，没有别的含义。意思就是，被雇佣的人没有穿衬衫，所以他穿的裤子肯定特别好看，这样才能够让老板忽略或者是原谅他没有穿衬衫这件事情。一般情况下一个人没有穿衬衫被看为一种非常不专业的表现，所以把一个不穿衬衫的人雇佣需要有一个比较特许的原因，在此笑话里面第二个人开玩笑说原因应该就是裤子特别好看。实际上这并不是一个好原因，这就是笑话的笑点所在。不是很好解释的，呵呵，希望你能够看懂~
