For the first lot, only the fifth one is grammatically correct. Mozzies don't kiss though, they bite. So you'd say: "You've got to get used to being bitten by mosquitoes." For the next bunch, both B and C are correct (aside from the incorrect spelling of "started").

For the one with numbers, number 5 is correct. For the second one, B is the most correct however I would change it to "I've got to get started with taking care of my skin."

In America mosquitoes do not kiss they bite. Besides a kiss being a kiss some people will use the phrase "sun kiss". This referes to your skin getting a little red but not burnt after being in the sun for a while. These would be native sentences. You've got to get used to mosquito bites. You've got to get used to being bitten by mosquitoes. I have to start caring for my skin. I have got to start caring for my skin.
