What's the difference between wine cellar and winery? I want to say bodega. ¿De que bodega es el vino? What's the difference between wine cellar and winery? Which of them should I use? Thanks.

Wine cellar is the storage space where wines are stored. Winery is a company that makes wine or a place that wine is made. For your phrase you would use winery!
