Is it correct "All those questions had been running through my mind until I got to the university"?

That sentence means that you had a lot of questions, then you went to the university, and then you had no questions (either they were all answered or you had other things to think about.)
If that's what you meant, it works, but it's clunky. I would say "Those questions stopped running through my mind when I got to the university."
If you mean that you arrived at the school and then had a bunch of questions and continued to have a bunch of questions, you want "All of those questions had been running through my mind since I got to the university."
