Pork was considered as a staple at that time. When people killed a pig, each part of the animal was used like the blood, the brain or even feet; farmers did not throw away anything .

Your use of anything is correct. There are one or two other things that would need to be changed for this to read perfectly. "Autumn," is the correct spelling of this season. We would usually say "pork was considered a staple (or to be a staple)," rather than *as* a staple. But your overall English, here, is excellent.

If you want to contrast the use of "nothing", your final text after the semicolon would be "farmers threw away nothing" or "farmers threw nothing away".
