Hi! Could anyone explain the difference between "mental" and "psychological'? I can't distinguish the difference between "mental illnesses" and "psycological illnesses". Are depression, anorexia, paranoia mental illnesses? I read in some articles that depression is a psycological illness however it can be related to mental illnesses as internal factors affected a person and caused depression. So I'm confused.

Addition. “mental illness”: refer to conditions such as major unipolar depression, schizophrenia, manic depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder. “Physical illness” : refer to conditions such as influenza, cancer, broken bones, wounds, and arthritis.
