Fourrer Dans le film « Banlieue 13 » le scélérat chef dit “Vous êtes qu'une petits bon d'en fourrer.” Ça veut dire quoi? You are only good for a fuck? You are all little fools? Quoi? Merci beaucoup pour m’aider.

Hi! Without listening to this particular sequence, it seems more likely to me that he says "Vous êtes qu'une petite bande d'enfoirés." A "bande" just means group of people, and is usually used in expression with a negative meaning, for example "une bande organisée" (in the French criminal justice system, when you commit a crime with a group that was organized for the purpose of committing the crime, in can result in stricter sentences), "une bande de bons à rien" (a group of people that's not good enough for anything), "une bande de bras cassés" (quite similar, with an added nuance of recklessness), and here "bande d'enfoirés". For me "enfoiré" is a generic slur, and to be honest I didn't know its original/literal meaning, so I checked and apparently it used to mean something like being soiled with shit, but now it has lost this meaning and is just a generic insult. So "bande d'enfoiré" is something like "you're all shit", but I doubt many people know it's related to shit specifically, as opposed to "you're all <insert-any-bad-thing-here>". By the way, you were not entirely far, as "fourrer" is indeed slang for fuck/screw, but I've never heard it used with "bande de", while "bande d'enfoirés" is pretty common. Final note (cultural reference): there is a French NGO called "les restos du cœur", supported by a (changing) group of artistes who call themselves "les enfoirés". It's a reference to French stand-up artist Coluche who created that organization and also apparently popularised this expression in his shows. I think it's a way one not taking themselves too seriously.
