I can give you some simple names that you can remember easily. And some names are frequently used in young generations. “Lesbian” and "Gay" are both called "同性恋tóng xìng liàn "（official name） But we usually call "Lesbian" as"蕾丝léi sī "（imitate English pronunciation）and "Gay" as “基友jī yǒu "among young people. Maybe older people cannot understand. (Like my parents) BTW, "基友" nowadays also means "Best friends" and "Intimate Relationship", may not always mean "gay" "Bisexual" means “双性恋者shuāng xìng liàn zhě ”， you can just say "双shuāng" stands for long version. It is used also among young people who share this culture. “Transgender” we usually call them "变性人biàn xìng rén", Like the ladyboy in Thailand. "Butch" we call them "攻gōng " or "1"(yī )；“Femme” we call them "受shòu " or "0"（líng）. I think you can understand the number. It is widely used among young people.
