"منتقل " is an adjective in Arabic, but in Persian I've never seen it alone anywhere. It is usually found as "منتقل شدن" which is a verb meaning "to be transferred". For example "وجه درخواستی به حساب شما متنقل شده است" meaning "The requested money has been transferred to your account." There is also "منتقل شده" which is an adjective meaning "that has been transferred". In Persian, "انتقال" is a noun meaning "the act of transferring". For example "انتقال وجه به حساب" meaning "Money transfer to account". There are also the verbs "انتقال یافتن" meaning "to be transferred" and "انتقال دادن" meaning "to transfer". Examples are "وجه در خواستی به حساب شما انتقال یافت" and "وجه درخواستی به حساب شما انتقال داده شد" both meaning the same as "وجه درخواستی به حساب شما منتقل شده است"
