(adj) If someone is androgynous they display a combination of male and female characteristics. Eg. I'l french but I guess the meaning is the same I don't know what germaphobe means but I know for the two other ones. metrosexual and androgynous aren't slang. metrosexual is someone that cares about how he looks like, wearing fashionable clothes etc.. androgynous : someone that have a neutral apparance, looks like both like a man and a woman
