Hallo Abdulaziz,
In Deutschland habe ich bereits zwei Schulungen/Praktika/Ausbildungen zum/als Internist, beziehungsweise/und in der Radiologie absolviert.
Training in english has diffrent translations in the german language. They all have diffrent meanings and it´s important to use the right word, expecially in this matter.
A "Schulung" - or Lehrgang (pluarl: Lehrgänge) is something like a "seminar".
A Praktikum (plural Praktika) is an internship.
A Ausbildung is definetly a training, and it leasts usually for 3 years. But it´s not a study like in the university.
So please pick the right one in your case.
The doctors who work at the "Innere Medizin"- department, are "Internist" (plural: Internisten), he/she is a "Facharzt für Innere Medizin".
"beziehungsweise/und" - I am not sure if you spent some time as an Internist and some time in the Radiologie-department, or if you spent your time in the Radiologie-department mainly.
So if you did both you have to use "und". If you intend to mean that you spent the time as a doctor Für Innere Medizin but very often or mainly at the Radiologie-department, you should use words like: "beziehungsweise" or "genauer gesagt" or "vielmehr".
I hope you understood what I mean and that everything will work out like you wish. Have a good day.
