' << This sentence is fine, but I would go for: If I have a LOVING family, I will always get support from them and never be afraid to do anything. or "If I have a loving family, I will always get support from them and WOULD never HAVE TO be afraid to do anything." Either works. ^_^

I think I understand what you are trying to say, but it doesn't read well. I think you would be afraid to do some things, wouldn't you? I would write: 'If I have a loving family, I know (that) I can rely on their support no matter what I do. ' Or, 'A loving family would support me no matter what I did.'
