"해할 자리" (I assume you saw this in some explanation of a phrase)
= 해할(to say, to use) 자리(position, place, location) * 해할 = '해'라고 할 (to say 해).
= a place expecting 해 / a place accepting the 해 ending.
This phrase might appear in dictionaries explaining certain sentence ending constructs.
Of the endings, "해" (called 해체) is one of the common ones, and we say 해하다 to mean "say 해" or "say something in 해체".
For example, there are 하십시오체, 해요체, 해라체, and 해체 among others.
If you want to know more about these, just search them setting the scope to "italki.com:".

Can you post a whole sentence? There is no way to comprehend with just that bit. It's like "What is the meaning of 'that there'?"
