Hi Carlos, It just means that he continued talking and the next thing he said was 'the company prides itself... etc' Best wishes, Melanie

This could be interpreted as that the person continued his discussion/speech and said that one of the priorities or strong points of the company is its strong and positive relationship with its workers. Hope this helps, Carlos!
