the answers between "hasn't it stopped snowing yet " and " has it stopped snowing "are the same ?
i saw a sentence like this :
hasn't it stopped snowing yet?
yes, it has.
no, it hasn't.
yes, it has . does this mean the snow has stopped?
and no , it hasn't means it's still snowing?
what if the question is : has it stopped snowing?
the answer is the same with the " hasnt it stopped snowing?
please help me with this. thank you so much

Hi! Yes, you're right. If you ask the question the way you asked it, again the answers would be the same. And "yes, it has" means it has stopped snowing like you said and "no, it hasn't" means it's still snowing.
