on this page, it says pornoo, but it doesnt show any pictures of this kind. instead, when i put the mouse on this youtube video, the arrow becomes a little hand, which means it has the link to another website.

my question is how they put the advertisement inside of the video, how did they make it?

It´s Flash ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adobe_Flash ) and it´s really easy to add any advertisement. Advertisement is added over video, but not inside.
