你可以说“I agree” 或者 "Agreed."   "Agreed" 的意思是"We are agreed."   是一个short form of "we are agreed."   "We are agreed" is old-fashioned, but "Agreed" is still a common way to say "I agree" or "We agree."

“He saying" 的语法不对.该说“he's saying" or "he is saying."
