Well you can watch urdu dramas or documentaries that have english subtitles.It might help you a bit.

No you can't find a single website on internet that provides Urdu subtitles for Bollywood movies. The reason is that Urdu and Hindi(that is used in movies) are quite alike so the Urdu speakers don't need subtitles as they can understand whats being said in the movie already.
