Grammar for "Lately (been doing something) because of (this reason)."
I'm having difficultly translating this sentence to Japanese, any help would be appreciated! Also if you have multiple examples of how to say this sentence that would be great.

"Lately I haven't been writing in my diary because I have been busy with work."

さいきん僕の日記を書かなくている仕事と忙しいですから。

The sub-clause is usually translated first, then the main clause comes after in Japanese.
