"nailed it" means you got something exactly right, or did something perfectly. For example, if you get 10 out of 10 on an exam, you could say 'I nailed it!'.

Nailed it means you hit the head of the nail perfectly, you did something well. If you did very well on a test, you can say you nailed it!
