How to practice english effectly? Hello. Im a south korean who live in korea and study english. I want to be a good english speaker. so i think i need to talk with english friends on the phone. but you know The time in korea is different it in the western. so It is difficult to talk on the phone everytime. are there any good chance to speak english? oh im really shy. so i cant meet stranger in my country. lol haha
