Can you explain, please, is it differs?
We told her that she got the job.
We told her that she'd got the job.
What does " 'd" mean in 2nd sentence?

She'd got = She had got
She's = She is
You've got the gist?

The 'd is "had". The second sentence uses past perfect.

I've told you that - I have told you that
I'm a girl = I am a girl
etc
