I want to learn korean is:
저는 한국어를 배우고 싶어요.
[jeoneun hangugeoreul baeugo shipeoyo]
저 - I
는 - Topic marking particle
한국어 - Korean Language
를 - Subject marking particle
배우 = Comes from 배우다, meaning 'to study'
-고 싶어 = Particle which can be added to any verb stem meaning 'I want to ___'.
Also, adding 요 makes '고 싶어요' making the phrase more polite and '고 싶습니다' is called the honorific, which should be used when you want the other person to know you are respecting them highly.
Another way to say this would be:
I want to study korean.
저는 한국어를 공부하고 싶어요.
[jeoneun hangugoreul gongbuhago shipeoyo]
공부하 - Comes from the verb 공부하다, meaning 'to study'.
