Hi Sanaullah, The thing is that you can find a person who speaks your target language and ask him/her to be your language partner. You don't have to pay anything for that, but they may refuse to be your partners for some reason. In that case, you can choose a partner among community tutors or professional teachers and you have to pay them. I hope this helps.

If you look at teachers and tutors profiles I believe the costs are displayed there. If you search for a language partner then there is no cost but many people I have noticed like to exchange languages so finding someone who would like to learn your native language would be it seems a good trade perhaps.
