What does Si somo novios mean?
Enrique Iglesias used it in his song El baño. Novios means boyfriends but he was talking to a girl. So he can't be saying We are boyfriends unless somebody can tell me Enrique Iglesias is gay or bi. othere wise what does "Si somo novios" mean?

It's just a wrong translation.

In Spanish when we say "novios" is applied to the couple (in general). 
Novio (singular - male) means boyfriend.
Novia (singular - female) means girlfriend.
But Novios (plural - male) means Couple.

"Nosotros somos novios"- we are a couple.

Enrique Iglesias wanted to say: "Si somos novios".... if we are a couple.

Hola Jimmy. Como bien dices, novio es boyfriend y novia es girlfriend, pero en plural, Novios, además de significar boyfriends, también significa "pareja" en la frase que tú has dicho: "Somos novios = I am his girlfriend and he is my boyfriend", then, we are "novios" = we are a couple
