Definitely use the first one. "Is it in good taste?" is confusing and unclear. I have never heard anyone say it like this. You can say "Does it taste good?", "It is good", or "How does it taste?" Hope this helped!

"Does it taste good? " Refers to the taste of food, drinks, or other edibles. It refers to something someone has consumed. "Is it in good taste?" Refers to usually to "good taste". Which comes down to good or discerning judgement. For instance, if someone makes an appropriate peasantry, it is in "good taste".

Does it taste good? => This is used only to ask about how delicious the food is. Is it in good taste? => This is used to ask if the choice of style is appropriate to the situation, or just pleasing overall. For example, you can say "He has good taste in music" (which would mean you like the same music he does), or "Her makeup was tasteful" (which would mean it was appropriate and not overdone), or "The joke was not in good taste" (which would mean it was inappropriate and not funny), etc. I hope this was helpful!

Hello, These 2 questions have a totally different meaning. Does it taste good-this will only refer to food. Is it in good taste?-This can refer to a style or manner in which something is done.

Merhaba, Bu her iki cümle doğru olsa da farklı anlamlara gelir. İlki yaygın ve tahmin edilen anlamıdır. "Tadı güzel mi?" İkinci cümle ise "in good taste" deyiminden dolayı bambaşka bir anlama gelir ve "bu uygun mudur / uygun düşer mi?" gibi bir anlamı vardır. Umarım cevabım yardımcı olur!
