Hello Monti, You said you set your goal and you are motivated. What are your motivations ?They should push you towards pursuing your goal. Is your motivation strong enough?; if it is you will be always directed towards your goal even if you stop practicing for a while or you got lazy, but your clear goal and strong motivation should keep you focused on learning. It takes also effort; you can't just set your goal of becoming fluent and not dedicate the required time and effort to realize this. You better have a schedule and divide your ultimate goal in short term goals. For example being able to read simple books, than having achieved that you look forward to reading and understanding more intricate texts. Meanwhile you do what it takes to achieve every level of improvement. I wish you luck:)

if english will help you in your future, than always remember that. Also realize english is language for international trade. That alone is a powerful tool to understand english. Also just make it fun, play your favorite games in english etc...

Make english-speaking friends! Then you will continue to be motivated because you'll want to speak to your friends with great english.

Try to get such a surrounding, it would be more interesting if there is someone interaction with you. And find some reading, listening materials about what you like. Also ,you can watch films in that languag...Angway, make your study funny. In this way you will find learning is quite a happy thing ^.^
