Hola, It doesn't matter significa "No importa" "Eso no importa" "Da igual" "Qué más da" todas estas son expresiones sinónimas. Either one is fine = cualquiera está bien. Entonces sería: "No importa, cualquiera está bien". :) Saludos cordiales.

Depending on the context I would translate the first one as: -Da igual -No importa -Qué más da -No pasa nada But they all mean the same, really. As for the second: -Cualquiera me vale ¡Un saludo!
