These sentence aren't MSA sentences. It might be from one of Maghreb dialects. If you write your source, I might be able to translate it. I'm not sure of the first sentence. However, my guess شنو حال how are شيابين plural form of شايب which means old man. شايب plural form should be شياب and not شيابين that's why I'm not so sure. المحروسين maybe means guys As for the second sentence, a saying to protect the listener from the evil eye. In some cultures number five is related to evil eye. This thought is not related to Islam.
