I heard phrases in a movie "did he roofie you?"
is it mean he has given you drink (alcohol).
"This is so messed up" is it mean this is so hard

Here's where the Urban Dictionary does come in useful:
roofie
n. Generic slang term used to describe any date-rape drug (GHB, Rohypnol or Ketamine for example).
He slipped a roofie in her drink and she passed out.

"This is so messed up" means "this is in a very bad, wrong, or confused state."
Example: "My ex just went out with my best friend. This is so messed up."
