I assume it means that if you buy wine during the tour, you will not need to take it away (on the bike) with you. Someone will come along later in a vehicle, pick up your wine from the winery, and deliver it to you after you finish biking.

I think that it means a service that will pickup any wine that you purchase during your tour and give it to you at the end, so that you don't have to carry it on your bike.
