1. You look more handsome in real life than you DO in your pictures on facebook? 2. I haven't seen you working here often. It seems that you work here at weekends. 3.Teacher 1 (at ABC campus) : Are you subbing or are you a permanent teacher? Subbing means substituting to teach a class or classes for another teacher who is absent for some reason.

You look better in person than in pictures ...It seems that you work ON campus DURING weekends. Subbing? This means you are putting the native tongue of viewers for a foreign movie. If, so my version would be, "... or just fooling around?"

From a U.S. perspective... 1. You're [even] more handsome than your Facebook picture! *Use "even" if you think the Facebook picture is handsome, and you're pleasantly surprised that he's more handsome in person. Without the word "even" it might sound like, "Your Facebook picture is ugly, but in person you're handsome." 2. I don't usually see you at work. Do you only work here on weekends? 3. Are you subbing, or are you a regular teacher? I am a teacher myself. I probably wouldn't use the "or..." part. I would just say, "So are you a sub?"
