Could you clarify the meaning of the two following sentences for me? Thank
I was applying for a university and they wanted me fill out a form where I should Include all institutions that I have attended. I do not know what the following dates refer too.
I attended University XX.
Date you attended from:....???
Date you attended/will attend to:....???

Hi Rahman;
These are referring to the start and end dates of your university studies.
Date you attended from is your start date.
Date you attended/will attend refers to your end date. Attended if you have finished university, attend to if you have not completed your studies but have a target date to finish.
