Is it correct to say "She will come back to be a leading actress again."
She used to be a leading actress. Now she only play secondary role. But she will become a leading actress again like before.
Can I say "She will come back to be a leading actress again"

Although you will be understood perfectly if you say that, it is probably more correct to say "She will come back to become a leading actress again.."

Yes, it is correct. However, it sounds more informal. But it is perfectly fine :)
