Hi Jucimara;
The sentences you write only get you to the bottom of the hill. Both of your sentences are fine with one correction;
1- I have to go up the hill every day.
Or
2 - I have to climb up the hill every day.
Have a great day,
Stephen

"I have to go up the hill every day." Leave the "to" out. This sentence states a fact, that there is no other way to get to your house.
"I have to climb up the hill every day." Again, leave the "to" out. This sentence makes it clear that the speaker finds it hard to go up the hill every day.

I think climbing is the correct word to use in this case.
