The question "What's your vice?"
When someone asked "What's your vice?", what exactly do they mean?
Are they wondering if I have any bad habit?
But the situation was something like they had to ask me what kind of drink I want to have with the dinner.
Does this make sense?

"vice" does mean bad habit - BUT sometimes people use it in a friendly way to ask what you would like to drink.
For example "What's your vice?" could be answered with "Beer".
In the UK (and maybe elsewhere) sometimes people also say "What's your poison?" in the same way.

Yes, in that situation, they are just asking what kind of drink you would like to have with the dinner.
Are they wondering if I have any bad habit? No, they're just asking what kind of drink you prefer.
