If you meant...You are my buddy...then this means you are my friend...it's a "funny" or cute way of saying friend basically but i have never heard anyone say you are my body...buddy and body sound the same which is why it might of been buddy. hope this helps

Hello , It is certainly "you are my buddy" *must be a typing error or something* ,which means my close friend who accompanies me in my activities. So it doesn't mean just an ordinary friend.
