I‘m not good understanding with "yell","scream","rave".
"yell","scream","rave",I'm confused how to use those words.
e.g.
I want to express how the boss shows no respectful to his employees. He scold them loudly in the office, which word is suitable? "yell","scream","rave" or other suitable word.

Raving is talking illogically and for a long time.
Screaming is usually very high pitched, and often without words.
Yelling would probably work for you, as would shouting.

I think Gary is correct. I would add "berate" which means to talk down to or insult. I hope this isn't about your boss. That is totally unacceptable behavior. You could say that "the boss shouts at and berates the staff so loudly that we can hear him through the closed door. "
