How do I say 'because' in Korean? What words do I use as cause and effect?
I want to say I want to do <> because <>.
How do I say that in Korean?
I've found several ways and I'm a little confused.

Jina gave a good answer. Just so you know, you can always use '-서' for that.
Yesterday, I couldn't go to the school because I was sick. =
Why are you so mean to me? / Because I hate you.
Sometimes you face difficulties not because you're doing something wrong, but because you're doing something right.
But, '-서' also could be used as 'and' in Korean.
Come on and sit here = 와'서' 여기 앉아.
Eat this and drink some water too = 이거 먹고'서' 물도 좀 마셔.
I saw that in front of my eyes and felt very sick =

Hello, I'm a Korean tutor here on italki.
Because = "왜냐하면"
**Like Dolco said, you usually use '서'
to connect cause and effect.
In this case, you use cause first and then effect.
I hope this will help you (:
