'You' refers to one person that is not yourself and they are usually someone that "YOU" are speaking with. 'Me' is used when referring to yourself. Ex) You are so good at math. (talking with a friend or family member, etc) Ex) Me and my little brother love wrestling with each other.

Title: What is the difference between you and me?

I the question you are asking is "Are those guys from this side." "These" refer to more than one thing close or near you. "This" refers to one thing that is close or near you. Ex) In your sentence, you wrote "from these side," when it is more correct to say "from this side." "From this side" can refer to a place, e.g. "Are those guys from this side of town." It can also refer to an item, e.g. "Place the fork on this side of the plate."
