Grammatical order
Hi, there
Could you help me with one qustion?
In a video, a person should say "So many of my followers keep asking me which the best accent IS, which IS the right one. Should they learn American or British English?
or "So many of my followers keep asking me which IS the best accent, which IS the right one. Should they learn American or British English?"?
Which one is right? Where should I put "is"?
Thank you

You will hear both, and I don't think either is wrong, but the second sentence seems better to me.

number two is the sentence you should use. Although some people do phrase it using the first way. it is not very natural or very grammatical.
you should put is after which "which is the X?"
"which is the (then whatever the question is)?" with a ? at the end when writing
