Which is correct "by" or "at"?

"By" is correct, and no, you should not say "the."
"Contact me by email."
"Contact me by phone."
"Contact me by instant message."
We use "at" with a specific address. "Contact me at this email address." "Call me at the following number." "Send it to me at my home address."
