Is this sentence correct?
"Are there any spots left? "
Or should it be:
"Are any places still available?"
In a context of a trip.

Both sentences are perfect. You can also say,
“Are there any more spots available?”

edit: Considering the context, I would go for the first one.

Is there any room left?

Both would perfectly.
