The first is a little more general. It suggests you have no location - on the street, park, OR within some house or residence of some kind. The second is more specific. It just suggests you have no location WITHIN which you can live - a hall, a house or some building, or within a car as an example.

The first one is the way a native speaker would say it. However if you want to use ‘in’ you could say I have no home to live in. Because that sentence ends in a preposition, to be grammatically correct you would have to say I have no home in which to live. But no one would say it that way.
